Hi, I’m Kim, founder of Illuminate Growth Group, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by one mission: helping people unlock their potential and grow with purpose. Whether it was at a beauty counter inspiring confidence, or in the C-suite scaling national brands, I’ve always been passionate about guiding others toward success.
I began my career in sales on the retail floor, where I learned early on how powerful the right support and tools can be in transforming businesses - especially for women navigating leadership & entrepreneurship. This spark led me through a dynamic path in luxury goods, franchise operations, and organizational leadership, eventually becoming the U.S. CEO of House of Colour.
Through it all, one theme has remained constant: empowerment fuels growth.
