11. Delivery of Digital Products
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email and/or download link to access your Product. The link does sometimes expire. Delivery is typically immediate, but technical delays may occur.

12. Refund Policy
Because our Products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a file has been downloaded.
